Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its former location.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number.
5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or Indonesia, if outside the US), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.

Repeat Infringers

Syabiz maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts and access privileges of users who are repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove any content that we believe, in our sole discretion, to be infringing.

Misrepresentations

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing (or that material was removed by mistake) may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
